Painted in Emperor’s Silk Annie Sloan chalk paint, skilful application of dark wax has created a unique patina on this cabinet. Finished with a combination of specialist waxes to protect, seal and texturise the design, we’ve also added metal chequer plate and drilled aluminium panels to create an unashamedly male-biased piece!
New handles throughout, including chunky side handles for moving the unit or as hanging bars, work with the large lockable castors to transform this piece into a functional utility unit. Perfect for everything from a home office through to a man-cave or workshop. The ‘Esso’ bottle opener is sure to be well used in all these environments!
The cherry-on-the-top is the custom designed glass etch, which features a cog, piston and spanner motif with a classic racing stripe.
Now sold and living happily in Shipston-on-Stour. 🙂
