Painted in Paris Grey Annie Sloan chalk paint, with a mix of Old White & French Linen used to create the unique patina, and then finished with a combination of specialist waxes to protect, seal and texturise the design. Silver gilt was then used on the handles to lightly highlight the decorative shapes.
The feet have a naive floral design hand painted to mirror the paper. The shelf can be positioned in one of three heights, and the drawers have the floral paper lining. This unique piece was decorated with stunning Laura Ashley ‘Josette’ paper decoupage, including the inside of the drawers, giving a chic prestige feel.
