This classic farmhouse grandfather chair was fully restored and reimagined by Clarity in the Cotswolds.
After a thorough inspection and repair, this large chair was painted in Oxford Navy Annie Sloan chalk paint and finished with black & clear wax. A modern take on an antique style chair, we wanted to create a stylish addition to potentially any space, from a contemporary kitchen/diner to a traditional farmhouse cottage.
We included with the chair a 2021 Habitat cushion, in a patchwork lush woodland print.
The couple who bought the chair were so happy with it that they immediately commissioned a second one, this time in a lovely sea glass green! What a charming pair of chairs!
